Prior to the promotion, Bartlett served as the company’s Vice President of Finance and Administration, a position he has held since January of 2009. In his new role, he will continue to oversee financial operations for MembersFirst, as well as its human resource and legal functions. In addition, Bartlett will head up the planning, development and operations efforts associated with new strategic partnerships and acquisitions for the company. Most recently, he played a key role in the purchase of Clubspan, the club industry’s most innovative and user friendly club management software solution, now known as MembersFirst Club Management™. This promotion is long overdue, said Tony Baudanza, President & CEO. Brian has been performing the duties of a COO for quite some time and has proven time and time again that he is more than up to the challenge. He is a highly respected and invaluable member of the MembersFirst management team and we are extremely lucky to have him.
