The [Private Club Executives](http://www.linkedin.com/groupRegistration?gid=1930214) group was developed exclusively for club leaders such as General Managers, COO's and other executives in the club industry. The [Private Club Membership Directors](http://www.linkedin.com/groupRegistration?gid=1930224) group was formed exclusively for those individuals whose primary function is to facilitate member acquisition, development and retention. Both groups were inspired by the challenges facing private clubs today, and the value placed on professional peer groups as a means to facilitate discussions and build community. The goal of these groups is to discover and promote industry best practices by allowing club leaders to share and exchange professional experiences and insights, states John Caron, Vice President of Sales & Market Development for MembersFirst®. As the first company to provide a social networking application for private clubs, we know firsthand the value and power of shared experiences. Since their respective launches this summer, more than 200 club leaders have joined the groups.
