Markham, ON Canada - Aug. 24, 2015 ‐ Jonas Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU), today announces the acquisition of MembersFirst Inc.
MembersFirst has grown to become the private club industry's leading digital agency – offering design, consulting, training, analytics, and member communication solutions to over 1,000 leisure clubs, business associations, gated communities, neighborhood groups, and others.
The acquisition will retain MembersFirst as an independently operated brand – including its entire team of private club experts and award-winning designers, all of whom are dedicated to servicing clients across a wide range of membership management and back office platforms.
The acquisition makes MembersFirst the first full service digital agency under the Jonas umbrella, complimenting existing Jonas Club Software offerings, as well as creating new opportunities in areas not served by Jonas' ClubHouse Online Website & Member Communication platform. How does this acquisition affect me?
For more than a decade we've integrated our products with dozens of back-office providers with great success and for the benefit of our varied clientele. That will continue. But for the many clients who also use our new parent company's software (such as Jonas Club Software and CSG), they can look forward to new and enhanced integrations.
Will MembersFirst still integrate with other non-Jonas back-office providers?
Absolutely; the acquisition doesn't change our direction, but strengthens it for clients who do have a Jonas-based system. We'll continue to recognize the unique needs of individual clients and continue to work with other partners and vendors to make sure their staff and members are served to the highest level available.
