First off, I want you to think about some common problems your club faces. Do your members have trouble finding emails? Are they unsubscribed from your mailing list but still want to be informed about what is going on with your club? Do your members’ newsletters get lost in the never-ending shuffle? If any of these problems resonate with you, then the Email Archive feature may be your solution. Here’s a brief explanation of what this feature can do.
The Email Archive feature gives your members the ability to look up and view any emails sent from your MembersFirst website. This means that if a member can’t find an email in their inbox, they will be able to find it on your club website in the Email Archive. You can take control of what emails are placed into the archive with a simple click of a button. Additionally, you can organize the archive by making use of Mail Groups. For example, adding your golf related emails to a Golf email group will make it easier for your members to find any email related to golf. This feature will help your members easily get caught up with all the club’s news, even when they miss an email which, let’s be honest, is not uncommon. This is a great feature that can help out your members and is easy to implement.
If you are interested in utilizing this feature, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will set it up for you at absolutely no charge. If you have any additional questions about this feature or want help setting it up we’re always here at ideas@membersfirst.com
